For the second time in a week, a Lincoln Unified student became the victim of an after school robbery.

On Wednesday, a Lincoln High School student was robbed of his backpack while walking after school near Benjamin Holt Drive and Leesburg Place. Officials with the district say that an African-American male “jumped out from the passenger side of a car and demanded the student’s phone.”

The student was uninjured in the incident.

The vehicle has been described as an older model black Chevy Trailblazer with damage to the front end. There were allegedly three other males in the car who have been described as “young.”

An email went out to all parents Thursday afternoon describing the incident as a “concerning event.” This is the second email that parents have receivedĀ  so far this week informing them that a robbery had taken place near campus. On Monday, a student walking on Harrisburg Place and Polk Way became the victim of an armed robbery. The suspects in that case are still at large. Anyone with information on the most recent robbery on Benjamin Holt Drive is asked to call the Stockton Police Department.
