Stockton – Do you want to attend Lincoln High School Club Rush this year? If so, it would be an amazing experience for you and your fellow classmates to meet each other. There will be a bunch of clubs for you to choose from. Around 80 clubs have signed up to participate in Club Rush. To name just a few, clubs such as Polynesian Club, Friday Night Live Club, Stomp, American Cancer Society, Our Planet Club, and many others will be out by the Amphitheater during lunch. There are lots of clubs for all sorts of fun activities to do. You can join a club to help get your yearly one hundred hours. You can join a club to dance more and perform in front of the school. You can join a club to learn more about a new language. You can join a club to do lunch time activities. You can join a club to do drama. You can join a club to read more. You can also join a club to play fun games as well!
The Lincoln High School Club Rush this year is held by the Amphitheater during lunch August 28, and 29th. Even if you don’t want to join a club, you should still come because it will be a very great experience and maybe Club Rush could convince you to join a club. A senior this year at Lincoln High school, Jordan Ellis said, “People could look forward to learning about all the diverse types of clubs at Lincoln and all the fun giveaways clubs have to offer if you join.” She also said that “Club Rush could help people find new friends because joining a club based on your interest can help you connect to other students and make new friends.” Mr. Gadeke, the director of Club Rush, commented on this that, “clubs are the most effective way for students to meet like-minded people and connect with content outside of the classroom that truly interests them. Anything from hobbies, culture, religion, or community service are represented in our club program for students of all backgrounds to find a connection.” Even one Freshman, August Moore said he’s excited “to see all the different clubs and what they are about.” Make sure to attend Club Rush because it will be a very great experience and a great chance to make some new friends!
