In a display of athleticism and school spirit, the annual student-staff soccer game took place on Friday, November 1st during lunch, attracting students to watch the game and especially supporting the students who were the favorites to compete again.
Quickly at the beginning of the game, the students took control of the ball and the game, once again showing us their youthful skills and enthusiasm for this sport. With so much desire to become champions, they applied strategies on the field, giving results, managing to break the barrier on the part of the team, from the staff a clear goal threat, but in the end it was a false alarm for the staff team, the strategy did not conclude and the staff took possession of the ball.
On the part of the staff who had the same enthusiasm for playing, just as the students demonstrated their years of experience, playing with the ball in an impressive way, making it clear to the students that they were not going to have an easy game.
This game was indefinite due to the limited time given and the responsibility of returning to classes.
Although, November 8th-14th games will be recreated this time with changes of players on the students’ teams so that a greater number of students experience one of the long-lasting traditions of Lincoln High School.
