Stockton:               Have you ever been to a football game at Lincoln and seen that section right at the 50 yard line screaming their hearts out, cheering for our football program?  Those are  the Lincoln Lunatics.  The Lincoln Lunatics are a student run club that’s sole goal is to raise the school spirit at sporting events like football, basketball, and volleyball.  For each game that the club appears at, they create a theme to dress as for the game that they are attending.  For example, if the theme is “U.S.A,” people will wear red, white, and blue.  People in the stands also participate in dressing up in the theme, even if they are not a part of the Lunatics.  This displays the community of Lincoln High School coming together to root for our Trojans.  Hailey Gaines, president of the Lincoln Lunatics, said “Lincoln Lunatics is made to have fun, while supporting our school and bringing spirit and energy to our school.”  If you would like to join the Lunatics, you can follow their instagram page (@lincolnlunaticss) to see the upcoming games and the themes for those games and by being present in the student section and the tailgate pregame.  Have fun Trojans!
